Before you continue to the data submission form, print out this check list of items you will need to e-mail The Odum Institute for Research in Social Science.  Once you have submitted the form on the following page, e-mail the items listed below to David Sheaves (sheaves@irss.unc.edu).

[ ] data file in SPSS, SAS, or Stata format (if possible)

[ ] data file in raw format (desired, but optional unless above formats are unavailable)

[ ] questionnaire (in electronic form if possible)

[ ] file layout (if raw format deposited)

[ ] study description / methodology statement (desired, but optional)

[ ] codes for open-ended/text answers if included in data file.

[ ] reports or articles based on data set (optional)

[ ] references to reports based on data set (optional)
