Membership Application

Institutions interested in joining the NNSP must provide background information about their organization. You may print out and answer the questions below, or contact Dr. Ronald E. Langley for more information or an application. Applications for membership are reviewed by the NNSP executive committee. Before membership is approved, the NNSP must have a signature verifying that your organization subscribes to the AAPOR code of ethics.
